-Company vehicle will be provided during business hours
-Work primarily in Pawleys Island and Litchfield area
Typical Hours
-8AM-5PM, Monday-Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Lunch break is 30 minutes daily.
Qualifications
-Minimum of 5 years experience (previous construction and management experience is required)
-Strong project management and communication skills
-Ability to read construction documents (plans, blueprints, estimates/costs)
-Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
-Drug Free, Required
-Background Check, Required
-Valid driver's license, Required
Job Description
-Experienced construction project manager and working superintendent.
-The ideal candidate is familiar with the following and more: new home construction and remodeling projects (all phases), including but not limited to sheetrock, framing, siding, painting, kitchen and bath remodels, windows/doors, decking and docks, beach walkovers and more. Ability to perform or some knowledge of other trades (electrical, plumbing, tile, granite, etc…)
Responsibilities
-Oversee daily operation of multiple construction projects
-Ensure safety, compliance, and quality regulations are followed
-Communicate project progress with clients and subcontractors
-Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
-Familiarity and experience with new construction, remodeling, renovating, and marine/dock building
-Work directly with homeowners
-Help to manage subcontractors and other Seaspray employees
-Participates in culture of respect, teamwork, and high quality standards
-Self-motivated, reliable, well-groomed, and able to follow instructions without direct supervision
-Honest, hardworking, good driving record, efficient time management
