Commercial Pricing Specialist – Aftermarket Services (Entry Level)

Position SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven, curious, and globally minded graduate to begin a career in pricing and commercial strategy within a leading international manufacturing organization.As a Pricing Analyst in our Americas Parts Care team, you’ll help define how Syntegon prices spare parts and service offerings across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. You’ll work with pricing data in SAP, analyze trends, and collaborate with colleagues in both the U.S. and Europe to build structured, data-backed pricing models that drive customer satisfaction and profitable growth.You don’t need prior industry experience — just strong analytical skills, an eagerness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of regional pricing strategies for spare parts and services.Analyze pricing data, cost structures, and exchange-rate or tariff impacts to support price decisions.Maintain and update SAP-based price lists and ensure accuracy across the Americas region.Research competitive pricing trends and propose improvement opportunities.Prepare pricing dashboards and presentations for sales and management teams using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.Collaborate with colleagues in Finance, Service, and Sales to align on pricing logic and methodology.Participate in process-improvement initiatives to enhance pricing transparency and speed.
