The full Pay Range is $86,100.00 - $160,300.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Math, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Data Science, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital or web analytics, finance, or tech industry.
Experience using reporting and visual data analytics tools.
Proficient in collaborating with key partners to stay informed about trends and developments affecting digital channels.
Experience in project management.
Desired Qualifications:
Previous experience using Tag Management Systems (TMS) such as Google Tag Manager.
Previous experience using JavaScript/CSS, JQuery, and Regex.
Previous experience using data manipulation tools such as Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Alteryx, SAS, Informatica, Google BigQuery or related software.
Experience with data warehouse, data modeling, and statistical analysis.
Experience in SQL, R, Python, or similar programming language.
Experience with data sources including Google Analytics (web behavior), transactional databases, and member profile information.
