In this role, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation efforts, developing and implementing automation solutions to enhance our financial processes. Develop and Implement Automation Solutions : Design and deploy automation tools to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Analyze Financial Systems : Evaluate current financial systems and processes to identify opportunities for digitalization and automation.
Collaborate with IT and Finance Teams : Work closely with IT and finance departments to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
Monitor and Optimize Automated Processes : Continuously monitor the performance of automated systems and make necessary adjustments to enhance functionality.
Ensure Compliance and Security : Ensure that all automated processes comply with financial regulations and maintain data security.
Provide Training and Support : Train finance team members on new automation tools and provide ongoing support.
Generate Reports and Insights : Create detailed reports on the performance of automated systems and provide insights for further improvements.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, systems automation, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of financial systems and automation tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and programming languages (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python).
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to transition from non-digital to digital solutions.
Solid understanding of SAP or similar ERP system preferred.
Highly self-motivated individual who requires and prefers little guidance from manager.
Excellent communications skills, including the ability to provide data in a concise and appropriate manner.
