Senior Scientist (DMPK) (South San Francisco, San Diego, Cambridge, MA)

This hybrid role can be based in any of our locations: South San Francisco, San Diego, or Cambridge, MA.The Senior Scientist is the subject matter expert in Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics and will support several research programs in the company.Design in vivo pharmacokinetic studies in preclinical species, write and review study protocols.Coordinate and collaborate with CROs and internal cross-functions to request quotes, supply materials for studies, provide scientific input, and monitor study activities.Provide problem solving in the development of bioanalytical methods and the analysis of samples for large molecules.Analyze pharmacokinetic data with Phoenix.Interpret pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) data in support discovery/development projects.Communicate and present PK results to cross-functional program teams.Participate in discovery/development project teams.Contribute to the preparation and review of study reports and documents for regulatory submissions.
