DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Directs feed manufacturing and feed deliveries in carrying out the approved programs. Performs administrative duties in preparing and analyzing reports and records. Actively pursues acquisition of information or skills to manage feed manufacturing anddeliveries. Holds supervisors and employees accountable for feed manufacturing and delivery. Manages the learning and training of subordinates to continually improve their skills andknowledge. Maintains close and effective working relationships with accounting, technical services,vendors, contract producers, and government agencies. Performs other duties as required.Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essentialduty satisfactorily.
