Working alongside our Director of Culinary and Head Chef you will be assisting our culinary team with daily operational aspects of the kitchen and related outlets from buffet breakfast to Pumphouse Bar and restaurant to in room dining and function services.What will you be doing:Prepare and ensure availability of mis en place, as required.Assisting with the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.Following recipes and portion control guidelines.Ensuring stock is rotated, stored, and labelled correctly.
