SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Full Time Duty Manager to join the team in Sydney. This position can be located at either Sydney Airport or Sydney Suburbs (Artarmon, Brookvale, Hornsby) sites - please indicate your preference within your application. As a Duty Manager, you will provide day-to-day operational support for our frontline team and ensure high customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:   People and performance management including daily mentoring and coaching for the frontline team to maximise and drive sales Maintaining a strong and positive focus on customer services to manage conflict and resolve customer concerns Achieving targets and KPIs, and delivering high audit and compliance standard for the business Reporting and daily fleet management
