Marketing & Submissions Coordinator

Project Leaders is a service line of Colliers that provides expert, end-to-end development advisory and client-side project management services to a broad range of national and international clients. Our team are more than project managers – we lead, manage, and deliver comprehensive project management solutions across every stage of the property lifecycle.  We are seeking the expertise of a Marketing & Submissions Executive to join our Sydney CBD team, on a 12 month maternity leave contract. Your duties will include;  Lead end-to-end production of major tenders and proposals, coordinating inputs from Project Managers and subject matter experts.Reviewing tender documentation and evaluation criteria; drafting, editing and designing content.Completing detailed quality assurance to ensure a compliant, compelling and gap-free submission. Lead the entire marketing function for our Project Leaders team on a national basis. Internal and external communications, as well as drafting and sending out quarterly newsletters. Monitor the tenders and submissions emails, creating entire presentations on PowerPoint and Indesign.
