Principal Architect

As part of our strategic growth, we’re seeking a Principal or Senior level Architect to join our high performing team across NSW & ACT. Based in our Sydney office, this role offers the opportunity to lead significant project work, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the delivery of some of Australia’s most impactful projects. Experience in Defence is essential, with Data Centres and/or Rail will be highly regarded.How you’ll make a difference:Lead project design and documentation, ensuring technical rigour, design quality and consistency across all project stages.Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated and innovative solutions.Provide clear, structured and technically strong advice to clients, supporting sound decision-making across complex project requirements.Manage internal stakeholders, support workflow planning, and contribute to efficient project delivery.Mentor and uplift junior team members, while preparing and delivering confident, well-structured presentations and communications.
