As a Vineyard Operator, you will be responsible for day-to-day vineyard operations across the Dorrien Estate sites. You will work closely with the Vineyard Manager and other operators, assisting with vineyard operations.
What you'll do: All Tractor operations, including spraying, mowing, canopy management and harvest activities. Winter pruning including machine pre-pruningDaily equipment cleaning, routine and preventative maintenanceCompliance and record keepingMaintenance of vineyard sites, including surrounds, facilities, and reservesActive OH&S and continuous improvement participation through safety meetings, toolboxes, and inspections
