We want your knowledge and expertise!Job Summary and QualificationsWhat qualifications you will need:
As a Registered Nurse in the nursery, you will be responsible for directing all nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice and federal, state, and local regulations.
You will incorporate knowledge of patient’s age specific development and cultural diversity into the plan of care.
You will contribute to quality nursing care through process improvement techniques and multidisciplinary collaboration that demonstrates positive outcomes in the delivery of patient care.
Education:
Minimum of an Associates Degree in Nursing is required
License/Certification
Current unencumbered South Carolina RN License is required
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
Intermediate or Advanced fetal monitoring course within one year of hire
Experience:
Prior RN Nursery experience is preferred
