Programmatic Manager

We are looking for a motivated Programmatic Manager to join our global Paid Media team. Ideal candidates will be able to utilize their existing ad operations, optimization, and marketing skills and be involved in developing major client accounts, as this area of the business will undergo remarkable investment and growth over the next two years, and the candidate will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on our success.Your primary responsibilities will include:Optimize campaign performance across programmatic platforms, striving to refine tactics for our clients.Develop insights to inform our client's strategies.Partner with Business Development to develop strategies for prospective clients.Interface with clients through written, phone, and in person communication.Collaborate across our teams to create holistic advertiser solutions which span all areas of the digital spectrum.Interpret attribution modeling and 3rd party analytics data.Engage deal economics, media allocation, and advertiser investment decisions.Mentor and educate more junior staff as the business expands.
