About the Role
As a dietitian health coach, you will serve as the backbone of our client experience. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure every client feels supported, empowered and on track to achieve their weight loss goals. You’ll interact virtually with clients, combining technical expertise with a personalised touch.Your day-to-day will include:Capturing client details and setting up customised communications via our CRM system integrated with WhatsApp.Crafting engaging, informative, and motivational messages to educate and inspire clients on their wellness journey. Monitoring client progress and offering guidance.Building authentic relationships by remembering and incorporating personal milestones (e.g. new jobs, babies, or moves) into interactions.Success in this role requires a mix of strong organisational skills, empathy, and the ability to maintain consistent, genuine communication that is grounded in evidence.
