This support aims to deploy expert assistance in the Customer’s main base in Sydney, Australia to improve its A330/A380 fleet Operational Reliability (OR) by providing proactive, data-driven technical support and advisory in engineering and maintenance focused on:- Defect Management: Troubleshooting, technical recommendations, decision support, and coordination with engineering and material management- Fleet Reliability: Providing MSN-specific (Manufacturer Serial Number) and predictive maintenance advice.- Backlog clearance: Clean fleet backlogThe final objective is to improve Customer's fleet reliability and reduce operational interruption.Key role and Responsibilities:- Support the proactive identification of early defects and technical issues and assisting with adequate troubleshooting recommendations to clear the defects.Key roles and Responsibilities:- Predictive Analytics & Tools: Provide expert knowledge of SHM and Skywise Predictive Maintenance (S.PM) tools to generate predictive recommendations.- Predictive & Preventive Strategy: Provide predictive maintenance recommendations based on A330 and A380 fleet health/trends; Assist QFA in enhancing its overall predictive and preventive processes and ways of working.- Backlog Cleanup: Assist QFA in cleaning up the maintenance fault backlog in the PFR (Post Flight Reports) system.- A/C Technical & Engineering Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of A330 and A380 maintenance logics and operational experience; Application of Airbus design and Engineering processes and practices.
