Finance Analyst

About the role:Ignition is seeking a Finance Analyst, reporting to the Senior Manager - Strategic Finance & Investor Relations. You will take ownership of Ignition’s core financial model, performance reporting, and deep-dive analysis into key operational and financial metrics.What your day to day will look like:Own and manage the company’s financial model including monthly and quarterly updates of key performance indicators (KPIs).Contribute to the month-end reporting process, collaborating closely with the full Finance team.Prepare company-wide updates and financial performance narratives to key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and external investors.Prepare the annual and quarterly forecast, working closely with regional and functional heads.Analyse drivers of core SaaS metrics including customer acquisition, churn, expansion, and contraction.Manage and refine core financial and operational reports (e.g., Customer Cube), ensuring accurate data drives decision-making.
