We're on the lookout for a passionate Sous Chef to bring their own style to our team and inspire our kitchen brigade.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef to step into a leadership role and further develop their skills alongside an experienced Executive Chef.As Sous Chef, you'll be at the heart of the kitchen, leading by example, supporting and developing the team, and playing a key role in delivering exceptional food and service. You'll bring energy, fresh ideas and a hands-on approach while helping to build a positive team culture. You'll also ensure every service reflects our brand standards and the highest food safety and hygiene practices.
