Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person. Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.

Accurately update and maintain customer records in our database.
Handle customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
Educate customers about products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
