We are looking for a dedicated Sr Financial Analyst like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsSeeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Physician Compensation team for the Physician Services Group (PSG). As a Senior Financial Analyst you will calculate physician compensation and prepare documentation to support the calculations, assist with preparation of other provider payments and assist with reporting and other documentation.What you will do in this role:
Utilize research techniques to analyze and evaluate financial information and data
Monitor all physician employment agreements, contract provisions, updates and revisions
Assist and provides feedback to Operations, Development, and Accounting in determining appropriate administration of financial contracts
Monitors and assists with implementation of and adherence to operational/contract changes
Assist in the identification of areas of concern for contract problems requiring intervention or resolution
Assist in the preparation of departmental reports, as well as interpretation and variance reporting
Ensure that all processing and reporting deadlines are consistently achieved
What qualifications you will need:
Bachelor’s degree with focus in Accounting, Finance or other Business-related field required
Master’s Degree preferred
A minimum of 5 years in a financial analyst and/or accounting role, preferably in healthcare
