Atomic Transport is a rapidly growing bulk waste hauler with over 20 terminals in 15 states. We are an DHS essential service provider and very safety and COVID-19 cautious! Our constant growth means that recruiting and retaining drivers is one of the most important jobs at our company! We are looking for an ambitious professional to fill a Junior Recruiter position. Responsibilities of the position include: making calls to applicants, reviewing and posting advertising, content creation for social media, as well as other responsibilities that support the recruiting and employee engagement departments. Junior recruiters will get on the job training that will prepare them to advance into senior recruiter positions and beyond!

Must be a clear and effective communicator
You must have reliable transportation to work
Must have a flexible schedule including some weekend hours
A background or familiarity with the trucking industry is a plus but not required
Bi-Lingual is a huge plus! Compensation:
