Requirements:
Insurance Coverage:
General Liability (GL) Insurance with a $2 million limit (Residential roofing and sheet metal coverage)
Workers’ Compensation (WC) Insurance with $1M/$1M/$1M coverage
Roofing-specific coverage
Must be registered to perform roofing work in Tennessee and Georgia
Reliable crew, equipment, and transportation.
Pay Details:
Starting at $70 per square for asphalt shingle walkable roofs.
Starting at $110 per square for metal roofing
