Job Title: Maintenance SupervisorLocation: Clarksville, TNShift: 2nd ShiftJoin our leadership team! Jostens is currently looking for a qualified Industrial Maintenance Supervisor. This role directs, coordinates and assists plant Maintenance, Custodial and Baler operations within the plant, including facilities, equipment and grounds. The incumbent is responsible for departmental staffing, scheduling and inter-departmental work order prioritization. This supervisor is also responsible for the planning and implementation of the Safety Program for the department, including training of employees and providing proper PPE. The incumbent sets the production and performance goals, organizes work, and maintains a productive and motivational climate.Qualifications:Required:

Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, and/or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience in Facility & Production Equipment R&M

Management/Supervisor experience in a team-based environment

Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

Good computers skills & experience working w/Maintenance Management Software

Excellent leadership skills & ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Working knowledge of mechanical & electrical installation & repair

Knowledge of State & Federal safety & environmental compliance

Excellent skills in organizing work while working with technicians, contractors & engineers.

Must be flexible and adaptable to change, and the demands of the position

Works well under the pressure of deadlines

Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.

Preferred:

Basic Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & 5S Methodologies

Printing Manufacturing experience

Has demonstrated the ability to train & develop people

Has served as an effective role model, either internally or externally
