The position is responsible for assisting customers with new service requests, billing and service inquiries, payments, and account upgrades.Customer Care Representatives provide efficient sales support and service processes, courteous customer care, and assist in all aspects of product offerings and services, ensuring an extraordinary customer experience. This position assists in educating business and residential customers on the value of company products and services. A Customer Care Representative will follow established processes for recordkeeping and report generation.A successful candidate will exude an understanding and knowledge of customer care while maintaining customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources.
