Staff Accountant

Description We are in search of a Staff Accountant to join our team in White House, Tennessee. As a Staff Accountant, you will be expected to handle a variety of financial tasks, including the reconciliation of various financial documents, and working with different accounting software. This position provides a 3 month long contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure all financial data is accurate Handle the reconciliation of credit cards and balance sheets Utilize NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP software for various accounting tasks Manage both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Maintain the general ledger and make necessary journal entries Ensure the timely and accurate closing of accounts at the end of each month.Requirements Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Staff Accountant role or similar. Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management is required. Experience with Bank Reconciliations and General Ledger handling is essential. Applicants should be skilled in the preparation of Journal Entries. Experience with Month End Close processes is necessary. Familiarity with NetSuite software is a plus. Proficiency in Oracle financial software is highly desired. Experience with QuickBooks accounting software is beneficial. Knowledge of SAP financial software systems is an advantage.
