Responsible for financial performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of manufacturing labor and overhead as well was various administrative responsibilities.
This role provides financial reporting and analysis to management to support strategic decision making.
This role functions as a financial business partner to Operations; supporting the efficient use of resources, the reduction of operating expenses, and the increase of revenue where possible.
This position provides financial performance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and administrative support to the M274 Operation.
Collects and analyzes financial data from general ledger to provide performance reports at various cadences.
Prepares monthly journal entries to ensure appropriate revenue and expense recognition
Prepares and coordinates operating budgets and forecasts by working closely with
Operations Teams Analyzes expense trends to aid in ad-hoc financial outlooks and forecasts
Partners with Operations Teams to reduce operating expense and increase revenue streams wherever possible
Reviews expenditure requests to ensure compliance with relevant budget/ forecast objectives Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with business plans and forecasts
Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions. Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.
Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials.
Increases productivity by developing automated accounting applications; coordinating information requirements.
Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Basic Qualifications
3 - 5 Years
Bachelors Degree Minimum in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
Will consider candidate with a Masters Degree and 0-1 year experience
