The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with matrixed design teams, vendors and client stakeholders. The successful candidate will:Create comprehensive, interdependent project schedules that include key activities, major milestones, critical approvals, long-lead procurement items, and other essential deliverables to be tracked throughout the project lifecycle.Apply knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects to develop and monitor influential and critical path activities, leveraging historical data to enhance accuracy of future forecastingEstablish and maintain logical scheduling frameworks, incorporating realistic activity durations, resource availability, manpower levels, and constraints in alignment with industry standards.Conduct schedule impact assessments to identify risks and support mitigation strategies with project team membersSupport project overall success by implementing process improvements, monitoring project performance, generating status reports, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of all internal and external communications.Collaborate closely with project teams, vendors, construction staff, and clients to produce accurate reports and drive project objectives.Offer expert guidance and problem-solving support for complex project control challenges.Participate in occasional travel (<10%) for office or field visitsDCS—Energy
