Job description - Project Manager1. Manage a team of 30+ people across offshore and onsite2. Manage a team containing diverse roles - consultants, SME, BA, Developers, QA, Performance testers, etc3. Experienced in managing Microsoft technology (.Net/C#) projects on Azure cloud4. Must be a hands-on professional - be able to demonstrate the product or solution on your own5. Excellent planner of the project and deliver professional plans using MPP6. Be able to articulate very clearly the overall delivery plan, technology approach, technical aspects, risks, issues and dependencies to the client in a formal document like PowerPoint slides and Word documents7. Must be a data driven manager - be able to gather data points, organize them in easily consumable forms using Excel / PowerBI and take actions based on the data8. Must have experience on Agile delivery model9. Must have experience on coming up with Release Management process10. Take total ownership of delivery right from requirements through to production delivery and BAU support11. Metrics driven delivery is a must12. Must be PMP / Prince2 certified13. Banking / Mortgage business experience is preferred14. Product experience is preferred15. Incident/Problem management experience is preferred16. CSM certification is preferred
