Serves as primary contact to guests and team members upon arrival in outlet and on phone. Specifically responsible for the following detailed duties.
As Waterpark Cashier, you will:Balance daily receipts, including but not limited to: cash, vouchers, credit cards and In-house chargesConfirm and complete daily reservation lists, assists all other positions in department for support and assistanceAccept approved forms of payment adhering to accounting standard (with full and complete accountability) up to and including but not limited to: cash, credit cards, vouchers and in-house chargesFollow and comply with all departmental cash/check handling procedureGreet all guests that arrive within visible areaRecord information pertaining to services renderedMaintain cash drawer/bank accountability per company policiesParticipate in company monthly Goals & Measurements ProgramResponsible for providing Excellent Service to owners and guests alikePerform POS system responsibility per guidelinesRespond to guest inquiries, complaints in a professional and urgent mannerMaintain required department records with accuracyFollow guest walk-out department proceduresComplete opening/running/closing duties as assignedConform to department training standardsForward vendor supply invoices/package item detail slips to supervisor in a timely mannerCompliance to department vehicle and key security procedures.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
