Description Robert Half's Client is in need of a Marketing Coordinator for a 6 month contract to hire, 40 hours per week, onsite in the Greater Nashville Area. Robert Half is a staffing agency with industry professionals that specialize in recruiting for top talent all over North America. Our dedicated Marketing and Creative team is here to put your needs first and passionately represent you! Responsibilities:
Manage administrative and marketing tasks
Order and handle promotional items for marketing baskets, hats, brochures
Provide input on website design (website creation is handled by someone else)
Schedule and plan events (EOY party, lunches, holiday parties, annual fishing trip)
Conduct student marketing (attend career fairs, travel to universities)
Manage scheduling and new business prospecting
Requirements
Possession of a minimum of one year of experience in a marketing role or a related field Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking abilities.
