Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist

Job duties include, but are not limited to: Provide exceptional client service while supporting both the reception and medical teams. Responsibilities include greeting and welcoming clients and patients, answering phones and emails, scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, processing payments, and addressing client questions with compassion and professionalism. In addition, assist the veterinary team with patient restraint, exam room preparation, cleaning and stocking, maintaining a safe and organized hospital environment, and other veterinary assistant duties as assigned. Team members should be comfortable providing emotional support to clients during sensitive medical situations and be willing to cross-train to support the needs of the hospital.Must be able to withstand unpleasant odors and noises.
