Adjuster, General Liability

An adjuster I will learn the claims handling process and develop skills to examine, investigate, and resolve liability claims. An adjuster I will primarily handle claims concerning customer property damage and Pilot property damage. The adjuster I will also examine and investigate guest behavior type claims and will be introduced to handling a limited number of bodily injury claims as skills develop. In this role you will: Examine and investigate customer property damage claims as well as Pilot property damage claimsMaintain an efficient diary of pending claims with an emphasis on continuous improvement of individual claim closure rateDevelop an understanding of the investigation process, seeking guidance from adjuster II's, senior adjusters, and managementPerform other required duties based on the needs of the team
