Develop welding engineering operations to take to the next level

Knowledge of welding process automation, robotic welding, and weld fixtures

Program and troubleshoot robotic welders and ancillary equipment

Solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions

Plan, organize and maintain equipment and process data

Adhere to the highest standards of excellence with attention to detail

Maintain safety standards in the welding engineering operations

Ensure quality control standards are met

Reducing equipment downtime

Develop and implement Continuous Improvement suggestions

Manage resources and personnel within the welding engineering operations

Bachelor's Degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Certified Welding Inspector from the approved internationally recognized organization 5 years of experience in welding operations or 5 years of combined metallurgicalThe essential functions of this role include:
