Corporate Counsel

The purpose of this job is to address legal matters across business verticals and subject matter areas while maintaining close communication with colleagues to ensure an integrated, consistent approach to corporate legal services enterprise wide.Draft, review and negotiate high volume of various legal/commercial contracts and licenses (initial focus on technology)Research regulatory issues as needs ariseProvide analysis and assistance in resolving customer issuesResolve disputes with vendors, suppliers, contractors, subcontractors, and other business partnersProvide legal support for retail operations functionsAdvise stakeholders and other in-house attorneys on appropriate course of action regarding contracts, regulatory requirements, and other superseding conditionsAdd and maintain content within contract lifecycle management systemPerform legal research for specific state and federal regulationsIdentify areas of potential legal risk and develop strategies to address themProvide training and guidance to internal stakeholders and clients on legal mattersModel behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest levelEnsure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and proceduresComplete other duties as assigned
