AAMCI is looking for a Full-time Custodian/maintenance for our 100-unit Elderly/Disabled community in Knoxville, TN.Monday-Friday 8 am to 5pm, $16.00 per hour, On-call premiumAAMCI provides many training opportunities, and many paid opportunities to obtain higher levels of certificates.Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Upkeep of all community grounds
Clean common areas
Clean Stairwells
Vacuum hallways
Mopping, sweeping
Clean and sanitize elevator
Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter daily
Assist in preparation of make ready units, including remove trash
Paint vacant units
Light maintenance, Electrical, plumbing
Assist maintenance team with snow removal (if applicable)
Report any maintenance concerns for resolution
Qualifications necessary for success:
Ability to self-motivate
Janitorial experience
Maintenance experience
Hand tools
Power tools
Painting
Courteous
Physically able to perform all duties required, including but not limited to standing, walking, lifting, bending, and working outdoors
Drivers License
Reliable transportation
