Job Title: Maintenance ManagerJob Description Adhere to all plant and corporate safety rules, procedures, and guidelines. Report all safety concerns or issues to your immediate supervisor. Set an example for all team members by always adhering to all safety protocols. Execute multiple jobs for well-known brands flawlessly. Provide long-range planning for facility and equipment needs, including capital and major repairs. Develop, implement, and oversee predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance programs. Use other maintenance disciplines for root-cause analysis and troubleshooting of equipment and processes. Coach and develop training plans for all maintenance technicians. Manage all equipment, site, and facility maintenance and utilities. Maximize asset reliability, uptime, and cost-effectiveness with available resources through plant-wide maintenance and capital programs. Communicate closely with operational leaders and the leadership team. Provide direct supervision, technical direction, administrative management, and leadership in maintenance for the department. Manage contractor relations – Fabricators, HVAC, Machine Shop, Roofing, Gearboxes, OEM relations. Oversee and manage the storeroom. Study production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements for job assignments. Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of the work crew. Initiate or suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals. Maintain time and production records. Coordinate activities with other supervisors in individual departments. Perform activities of supervised workers. Maintain waste program and records in compliance with OSHA & DHEC requirements. Review month-to-date spending daily, including open purchase orders and expected receipt dates, and forecast monthly spending.Hard Skills
