Our client, an innovator of financial software solutions, is looking to hire a Sales Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities. Develop a world class team of operations ninja s by recruiting, coaching and retaining top talent . Create and implement efforts for sales strategy, quota setting, team structure, compensation plans, sales training, distribution of accounts and territory definition Analyze and optimize sales processes sales cadences, training, pipeline management, and others that drive high conversion and operational efficiency Work with the leadership team to define our KPI s - providing weekly, monthly and quarterly sales performance reporting Analyze data, derive insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization Create business processes that encourage collaboration and streamline operations among the sales, marketing, and customer teams. . Evaluate and recommend new technologies and manage the tech stack roadmap to improve and optimize performance Help the go-to-market team understand how to use the tools at each stage of the customer journey, tweaking those tools to the needs of the teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience Partner with the CRM and MAP migration teams in shifting newly acquired companies from legacy platforms for Sales and Marketing, including training and evangelism on metrics-driven sales and marketing.

Requirements and Skills Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline 10+ years of relevant B2B SaaS experience in sales operations Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking 5+ years of Salesforce experience Experience in building a strong, targeted customer and prospect database Proven experience with Sales engagement and management tools like Salesloft Demonstrated knowledge in territory management software Demonstrated leadership in applying marketing technology to improve execution and contribute to company growth Stellar project management skills Confident and comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization
