American Boat Center is looking for an experienced Fiberglass Technician to join our team! If you take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy working around boats, we’d love to talk to you.
Position: Full-Time Fiberglass Technician
Location: American Boat Center
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years fiberglass repair/gelcoat experience
What You’ll Do
Perform fiberglass and gelcoat repairs on a variety of boats
Repair structural damage, cosmetic damage, cracks, chips, and scratches
Sand, grind, fair, and finish surfaces to a high-quality standard
Color match gelcoat and finishes
Work closely with our service team to complete jobs on time
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We’re Looking For
At least 4 years of hands-on fiberglass experience (marine/boats preferred)
Reliable, hard-working, and detail-oriented
A team player with a good attitude and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and adapt to our processes
Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed
Strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
