We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager with hands-on experience in the field to lead our projects from start to finish.
Job Summary:
The Hands-On Construction Assistant will be responsible for coordinating with owners on projects, working with experienced trades-people (and being a “second set of hands” at times), and coordinating with homeowners / customers, picking-up materials, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform hands-on tasks as needed to support the crew and meet project demands.
Maintain open communication with clients, providing updates on project status. Daily updates to business owners regarding job progress.
Address any issues or delays promptly to keep projects on track.
Conduct inspections to verify work quality and adherence to specifications.
