Data Center Technician (Server Dell Support)

Engineers will provide troubleshooting, repair, parts ordering, preventative maintenance and Installation of Dell product located at Customer Site.o   Triage issues with direction from Dell Supporto   Execute plan of action from D-ell Domain Engineer/L3o   Document POA Results, logs and service reports (Parts numbers/PPID of old/new parts replaced) to Dell via case emailo   Reseating parts, swap or replace partso   Server Testing and validation (running diagnostics, capturing and uploading logs)o   Upgrading Firmware as neededo   Parts locker management, manage inbound and outbound partso   Spare parts management, separate from parts locker (during CW server deployments)o   Parts return to DellYou will be successful in this role if you have:High School Diploma or GED requiredMay require technical certification or Associate DegreeGenerally, 4-6 years’ experience in area of responsibility Regards,Mohammed ilyas,PH - 229-264-4024 or Text - 229-469-1455 or you can share the updated resume at Mohammed@vtekis. com
