Role: Unica Campaign Consultant Location: Memphis, TN Duration: 6+ month contract Job Description: The UNICA Consultant will be responsible for designing/developing multi-channel marketing campaigns Required Skills: Experience in Unica Campaign & Marketing Operations (Unica V10 & Above) to design optimal multi-channel marketing campaigns Must have a good understanding of BI data / data marts to design an optimized Unica campaign Create custom macros, strategic segments, triggers, and table catalogs Good understanding of end-to-end campaign lifecycle Understand the concept of Contact History / Response History Strong SQL skills with SQL server/oracle databases Proficient in effectively using the process boxes like Extract, Select, Segment, Sample, Mailbox, and Snapshot Able to debug Unica logs and perform UI-level administration Must be willing to work collaboratively with the Product team and other teams in the department Preferred Skills: Backend administration of Unica tool, upgrades, installations, bug fixes.
