Job Description
We are seeking reliable labor workers, small crews, or local contractors to support two industrial cooling fan installation projects in the Memphis, TN area (near Memphis International Airport).
This is hands-on, physical job-site work involving basic installation support.
No HVAC license is required.
Entry-level workers are welcome; reliability and work efficiency are essential.
Project Schedule & Duration
Project #1: Starts January 5 or January 10
Estimated duration: approximately 15–20 working days
Project #2: Starts early February
Estimated duration: approximately 40–50 working days
Applicants may be considered for one or both projects.
Work Structure (Important)
Work is performed in teams of 2–3 people
Consistent daily attendance is required
We require 8 workers on site each workday
This role is not suitable for independent or solo-style work
Ability to work cooperatively with others is required
No frequent or unplanned absences can be accommodated
Work Location & Site Requirements
Work will take place at a computer data center facility near Memphis International Airport
This project is part of an industrial equipment installation commissioned by an overseas (Taiwan-based) electromechanical equipment manufacturer
Work is primarily indoors in a controlled industrial environment
Due to site security and safety requirements, workers must be able to comply with:
Standard job-site safety rules
Pre-site drug screening (required)
Basic site access and identification procedures
Primary Duties
Uncrating and removing wooden shipping crates
Moving and positioning industrial cooling fan units
Simple connection of cooling water hoses / pipes
Assisting with setup, cleanup, and on-site coordination
Following instructions to maintain schedule and efficiency
Requirements
Strong work ethic and reliability
Physically able to perform labor-intensive work
Comfortable working in an industrial job-site environment
Able to commit to scheduled workdays
Authorized to work in the United States
Certifications (Preferred)
While this is primarily labor-focused work, applicants with relevant trade or technical certifications will be given priority consideration.
OSHA 10 / OSHA 30
Forklift certification
Electrical or plumbing-related licenses or certifications (preferred but not required)
Safety or construction-related certifications
Prior industrial, warehouse, or job-site experience

Rates to be discussed
Contractors or crews are encouraged to submit proposed pricing
Final terms depend on availability, reliability, and ability to meet project staffing needs
Staffing & Performance Expectations
This project requires a consistent on-site workforce of up to 8 workers per day
Daily staffing levels must be maintained to meet the project schedule
Workers are expected to follow instructions and maintain reasonable productivity
Individuals who are unable to meet performance, attendance, or teamwork expectations may be replaced to ensure project continuity
