Set your own hours and dont bother with the administration. We schedule your inspections, process payments and pay you a generous commission on each.
Send a resume and a short cover letter indicating that you are or have been a professional in the residential construction industry (contractor / inspector / appraiser / etc).
Professional usually means licensed, but always means that you and your transportation are sharp, clean and on-time. If thats not you, please dont apply.
Home Inspector Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction, general contracting or trade (elec, hvac, plumbing) or other real-estate-related industry a must.
High School Diploma required. Additional training and licensing will be required to gain license.
Home Inspector Responsibilities:
Understand ASHI Standards
Be able to explain issues to buyers and agents without alarming or scaring them unnecessarily.
