About the Position:
We are seeking experienced and qualified Tractor Trailer Drivers to join our team. This full-time position offers a stable career with competitive compensation.
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Possess at least one year of recent verifiable tractor trailer experience within the last ten years
Excellent driving record with no more than three moving violations in the last three years
No more than two preventable accidents within the last twenty-four (24) months
Medical and Drug Screening Requirements:
Must possess a valid, current DOT physical examination and MVR obtained through CDLIS
Must be able to pass a FMCSA pre-hire drug screen and have no prior FMCSA positive drug and/or alcohol testing or refusals within the last ten years
Must provide consent to the company for access to the National Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse for both pre-hire and annual screenings
Job Responsibilities:
Safely operate a 2003 International Eagle tractor trailer with ISX Cummings engine
Transport goods to and from designated locations
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
Maintain accurate logs and documentation
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
Experience and Skills:
Ability to drive a manual transmission
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation:
Expected $1,000 per week minimum take-home pay, with potential to earn more based on performance.
Additional Information:
This is an over-the-road position, but it is not true over-the-road. Drivers will typically not travel more than 200 miles round trip and are expected to return home each night.
