Universal Robotics is seeking a part-time bookkeeper to work approximately eight hours per week to handle all aspects of company accounting. We can accommodate working from home.
Duties include:
Maintain general ledger
Process AR & AP
Prepare Payroll
Prepare weekly cost reports
Conduct monthly reconciliations
Maintain the petty cash fund
Issue financial statements
Assemble information for external auditors for the annual audit
Process necessary government filings
Prepare tax filings
Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
