We are looking for a dedicated Analytics Project Manager like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsAs the Analytics Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing analytics projects from initiation to completion. This role involves, in coordination with the Analytics Manager & Data Management Manager, defining project scope and objectives, developing project plans, and ensuring timely and successful project delivery.Your responsibilities will include:
Manage analytics projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
Collaborate with HRGA leadership to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project objectives
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and required resources
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to HRGA leadership effectively
Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, plans, and reports
Facilitate project team meetings and working sessions, including daily stand-ups and stakeholder check-ins
Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations
Manage the HRGA Analytics & Data team backlog of project requests and ensure grooming of the backlog and current prioritization
Maintain project subtasks using Jira or Service Now
Job requirements include:
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Master’s Degree Preferred
5+ years of experience in a project management role in analytics, software development, data science, or data-driven environment
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects with data and IT dependencies
Proven track record of successfully balancing multiple projects and successful delivery
Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred
Experience with Service Now or Jira preferred
