About this Role Belle is looking for a full-time Customer Service Associate to provide the highest quality support for the customers we serve. Beyond daily scheduling, communication and outreach, this role requires strong verbal communication and patience with the wonderful seniors we serve. This position will report to our Nashville, Tennessee headquarters. Responsibilities:
Participate in 1-week training during normal business hours (8am-4pm)
Cover 9AM-6PM CST Shifts, Monday-Friday
Administrate customer service functions (e.g., phone, email, SMS chat)
Scheduling, confirming appointments and eligibility questions from members
Experience, Skills, & Personality:
6 Mo+ of customer service, call center, or equivalent experience
A quiet, private space with good Wi-Fi
Articulate and patiently communicate with senior citizens over the phone
Maintain, own, schedule and attend to work assignments with minimal supervision
Exhibit a positive, energetic and empathetic personality
