DescriptionHead of Broiler Technical ServicesGENERAL SUMMARY:Directs and coordinates broiler operations for the entire Company to ensure the delivery of a quality product.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages broiler contracts to ensure maximum quality and services.
Maintains budgets for live costs.
Directs programs for growing broilers for all contract broiler producers.
Ensures that each business unit meets the daily demand for Live Operations, as it relates to performance and cost issues.
Establishes programs to help drive performance for personnel and contractors.
EXPERIENCE:
Typically requires 8-10 years of DIRECTLY RELATED experience in poultry grow-out operations.
8-10years experience supervising others.
Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).M-Tech experience preferred.
Strong communication skills.
EDUCATION:Typically requires a Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION: Current driver's license and good driving record.EOE/Vet/Disabled
