tWork directly with the Director of Finance and Project Manager regarding contract documents, change orders, and other contract modifications regarding billingtt
tPrepare final invoice package for all billable projectstt
tResearch and resolve unbilled issuestt
tMaintain billing folders for all projectstt
tAssist with month end close processtt
tReconcile operating accountstt
tAssist with Year End close/ 1099's, 401K, financial auditstt
tGeneral Ledgertt
tMaintain and track purchase orderstt
tResearch and resolve cost posting discrepanciestt
tEnter contracts, change orders and estimates within the accounting systemt
Requirementst
tBachelor's or Associate's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or relevant experiencett
t2 years related experience with excellent job stabilitytt
tConstruction or Manufacturing experience is a must tt
tMust be able to take billing process from start to finishtt
tExperience with Job Costingtt
tExperience with variances and reportstt
tSage 300CRE Software experience is a plus or a comparablett
tAdvanced Microsoft Excel is requiredtt
tExcellent organizationtt
tDetail Orientedtt
tAble to prioritize taskstt
tStrong written and verbal communication skillst
