DescriptionSenior Marketing Managers at Amazon Flex drive general marketing, product marketing or functional marketing initiatives. They work cross-functionally to develop marketing plans, define success metrics, manage strategic projects and budgets, and own business outcomes. You will will apply general marketing and business skills to support the successful execution of marketing strategies. Sr. Marketing Managers ultimately become marketing leaders responsible for large business segments and organizations.Senior Marketing Manager opportunities are available in the following functional areas:General Marketing: works across a collection of product offerings or channels, and can include category marketing, audience or segment initiatives, brand perception or marketing activations. Sr. General Marketing Managers can be responsible for developing mass brand campaigns, integrated marketing programs, annual marketing plans, creative strategies and go-to-market.Product Marketing: works on the development, go-to-market and growth for a product or family of products and often work closely with Product Management and Development organizations. Sr. Product Marketing Managers can be responsible for developing marketing plans, positioning, pricing, messaging, funnel optimization and lifecycle marketing.Functional Marketing: roles have deep functional expertise or knowledge of a specialized area, and can include paid marketing, mobile marketing, affiliates, CRM, marketing tech stack development, promotions and grassroot marketing tactics. Sr. Functional Marketing Managers can be responsible for developing global paid media plans, cross-channel outbound campaigns, merchandising programs and promotion strategies.Basic Qualifications

6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

Preferred Qualifications

Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners

Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint

The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
