Husk Nashville is in search of Pastry Cooks to join our Award-Winning Culinary Team!
We are looking for those eager to expand their culinary knowledge and work alongside a team of true hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, reliable and excited to work with locally sourced ingredients to create an unforgettable experience for our Guests.
Applicants should have at least 1+ years’ experience as a Pastry Cook in an upscale, high-volume, fast paced restaurant. We are looking for those that are familiar with traditional pastry techniques (ice cream production, lamination + sugar work) and comfortable with mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking bread and cracker items daily.
$18- $22 hourly compensation based on experience
Dinner only Monday-Friday
Brunch + Dinner Saturday & Sunday
